Donors of the CFC-2011 Campaign year who contributed
$1,000.00 or more are welcomed to request their leadership plaque here.

IN ORDER TO KEEP COST LOW AND TO PREVENT OVER STOCKING, ALL ITEMS ARE AVAILABLE IN LIMITED QUANTITIES AND THE GIFT PROGRAM IS ONLY OFFERED WHILE SUPPLIES LAST.
2011 was my first time contributing at this level in the EscaRosa CFC Area.

I would like a beginners CFC Leadership plaque with a contributors bar for this year's contribution

These leadership recognition plaques are designed for multiple years of contribution and are specially designed for this areas CFC program. If you are NOT planning to be in our areas campaign for 4 or more years, please select here and a specially designed one year leadership recognition plaque will be sent to you.
