If you do not have a recycling program in place for your used and expired inkjets and toner cartridges, please consider supporting our cause. We have been authorized to collect used toners, cartridges, and cell phones in many of the federal offices and the money collected is being used to help lower our administrative expenses.

Because the CFC program is an official federal program, it has been authorized as the ONLY outside source of recycling, which proceeds are to support its mission.

In March 2010, NETC Chief of Staff, the EscaRosa CFC Recycling Program was nominated for the Office of Personnel Management (OPM), Washington DC, Dept. of CFC Operations for an Innovators Award. We were commended for taking steps to reflect a positive image of the CFC program while trying to reduce our administrative cost. This initiative was noted during a CFC Conference which since has drawn interest by other CFC programs.

If your office IS NOT involved or if you are not sure, please call our office for details and to see how you too can make a difference.

Ways you can help:

- Is your office shopping at Office Max? Do you have a rewards account with them? If you do shop at Office Max and do not have a rewards account with them, please consider giving us a copy of your receipt so we can credit the purchase towards our rewards account. It cost you nothing and EscaRosa CFC will receive credit points towards the purchase of office supplies at Office Max stores. For more information on this initiative, please contact our office.

- We can provide your office with Prepaid shipping boxes so all you have to do is fill it up, sealed it, and either drop it off at any UPS Store or during the next UPS delivery at your office, ask the driver to take the shipment with them. It's that simple!
