EscaRosa CFC-2010 Donor Give-a-Way

The give-a-way will start Wednesday, September 1, 2010 at 8:00 a.m. CST and will continue throughTuesday, December 14, 2010 at 5:00 p.m. CST. All federal employees within the EscaRosa CFC area who completes an online survey by December 14th 2010 at 5:00p.m. will be eligiable for the drawing. A random drawing will be held; winners are not required to be present to win. Only one prize may be awarded per entry.

Non-Survey particiapant may submit a self addressed stamped envelope for an official entry form to EscaRosa CFC 1301 W. Government St., Pensacola, FL 32502 no later than post marked date of December 1, 2010. An official entry form will be returned in the provided self addressed stamped envelope, which you must complete and mail with a post marked date no later than 14 December, 2010. No matter if you made a contribution or not, all valid entries received by either of these two approved methods are eligible for the EscaRosa CFC-2010 Give-a-way.

HOW TO ENTER; To enter, simply complete the online survey provided on the EscaRosacfc.org website or via the alternate method noted above. Only one entry per person, no additional entries, photo copies, or electronic duplications can be submitted. All entries become the property of EscaRosa Combined Federal Campaign.

CONTRIBUTING TO ESCAROSA CFC-2010 IS NOT NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS GIVE-A-WAY.

ELIGIBILITY; The EscaRosa Combined Federal Campaign 2010 Give-a-way is open to any participant age 18 or older. EscaRosa CFC Staff, its affiliates, its prize providers, sponsors, and their respective immediate families are not eligible to participate in the Give-a-way. This Give-a-way is a promotional event only for the sole purpose of encouraging Federal Employees of the EscaRosa Combined Federal Campaign (CFC) to complete an online survey to provide feedback to the EscaRosa CFC, Local Federal Coordinating Committee (LFCC) and Principle Combined Funds Organization (PCF) information to evaluate our areas program for future plannings. Therefore, solicitation of non-federal employee for the purpose to contribute to the CFC Program is forbidden, any non-federal employee MUST submit a self addressed stamped envelope for an official entry form to EscaRosa CFC 1301 W. Government St., Pensacola, FL 32502 no later than post marked date of December 1, 2010. An official entry form will be returned in the provided self addressed stamped envelope, which must be completed and mailed with a post marked date no later than December 14, 2010. The random drawings will be conducted by EscaRosa CFC-2010 Campaign Chair. Decisions by the EscaRosa CFC-2010 Campaign Chair are final and binding. Winners will be notified by the method of information given. Winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received. Valid contact information is required in order to win. EscaRosa CFC is not responsible for any prize notification that is not received by the potential winner for any reason. Return of any award notification as undeliverable or expiration of a 90 day notification period will result in disqualification and selection of an alternative winner. Winner may be required to provide picture proof of identification, which may include a driver's license, passport, voting card or similar government issued identification. Only one entry permitted per contestant, if more than one entry is identified during the give-a-way timeline, up until day following the drawing, that contestant will be completely disqualified for any winnings.

PRIZES; As shown above and via notifictaion flyers, website postings and other media used. The odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Purchase of the prizezs have been authorized by the EscaRosa CFC, LFCC solely for the purpose of this Give-a-way, and it's purpose is only for the survey system implemented.

HANDLING OF SURVEY; Results of this survey will be handled in accorandance with the US Privacy Act of 1974. No personal information will be released outside the local EscaRosa CFC office and the LFCC, and will ONLY be used for the sole purpose of evaluating this areas campaign. The PCFO and LFCC will utilize information obtained only for future improvement fos the campaign.

PUBLICATION; Acceptance of any prize constitutes permission for the EscaRosa CFC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies to use winner's name and likenesses for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law. The winner further grants EscaRosa CFC the right to use and publish his or her identity online and in print, or any other media, in connection with this Give-a-Way.

LIST OF WINNERS; Winner posted online at www.EscaRosaCFC.org website. For a listing of the prize winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: EscaRosa CFC, 1301 W. Government St. Pensacola, FL 32502. Please allow up to six weeks for delivery.

LEGAL WARNING; Participants in the EscaRosa CFC-2010 Give-a-way agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions the EscaRosa CFC, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to this Give-a-way. EscaRosa CFC prohibits any use of automatic, programmed or similar crediting or entry methods. Any such activity will automatically make void such credits or entries. If, for any reason, the Give-a-Way is not capable of running as planned by reason of tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, extreme weather conditions or any other causes which, in the sole opinion of EscaRosa CFC, could corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this give-a-way, EscaRosa CFC reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Give-a-way for any drawing(s) or, in its discretion, may select the winner from regular entries received for that drawing prior to the action taken. EscaRosa CFC is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by contestants or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Give-a-way or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions in this Give-a-way. EscaRosa CFC is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, non-delivered, or misdirected entries. EscaRosa CFC assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, and delay in operation, theft, or alteration of, entries. In the event that EscaRosa CFC delays or fails to perform under these Rules as a result of an act of God, any governmental body, acts of war, natural disasters, or disputes, power outages, system failures, or other causes beyond the control of EscaRosa CFC, EscaRosa CFC will not be liable or in default for any damage(s).
